HOW ARE SPICEE PRODUCTS PRODUCED?
Currently, all our SPICEE products are made to order through our print-on-demand supplier. This means we do not mass produce or keep piles of stock. Instead, your gear is created just for you once the order has been placed. It's our way of keeping things intentional, reducing waste, and cutting down on emissions by printing close to you. Thoughtful, sustainable, and always a little bit spicy!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can expect your SPICEE order to arrive within 1–2 WEEKS from the day you place your order. It’s a two-part process. First, your item is made to order, which takes 2–4 days. Once it is produced, it then ships from the warehouse, which will take an additional 4–6 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Please note: as all our shipping is outsourced, we are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by the shipping provider.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, we only offer STANDARD SHIPPING within Canada at this time.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Not just yet. SPICEE is currently only shipping within Canada. We're a small (but mighty) brand and hope to open up international orders down the road. Stay tuned!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Because each SPICEE item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, style, or colour. Please double-check product details and sizing before checkout. We appreciate your support of thoughtful, low-waste production.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you. If your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us at info@spiceeshoppe.ca within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a quick description of the issue, along with a photo. We promise to do our best to help make it right.
